Member Birthday Package

Package Price: $75 charge for up to 10 party guests, with an additional

$5.00 charge for each additional guest, not to exceed 20

people in total. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required

within 24 hours of reservation. The deposit will be

included in the final cost of the party.

Package Includes: Use of clubhouse party room for 1 hour

Use of swimming pool for 2 hours

Bouquet of (3) balloons with 1 Mylar birthday balloon

2 pitchers of soda, ice and cups

2 six foot plastic tables and chairs

Parents/guardians are required to follow all rules and regulations regarding party

room and swim time. Parents/guardians are responsible for having an adult

chaperone with the children in the party room and the pool area at all times and

during all phases of the party. Other ARA services (volleyball court, tennis court,

etc..) are off limits to party guests.

Party Room Rules

1) Decorations may not be attached to the walls or suspended from the

ceiling. There is a corked board installed on the wall for “pin the tail”

sort of games

2) Piñatas may not be suspended from the ceiling. Piñatas may be

suspended from a pole held by adults only

3) All personal belongings (Decorations, food, etc..) must be removed

from the party room at the conclusion of your party room reservation.

A staff member will remove trash and clean the floor in preparation

for the next reservation

4) Early access to the party room or a delayed departure must be authorized

by the front gate staff and is dependant upon other scheduled reservations. Early access or delayed departure shall not exceed 30 minutes of reserved party time

5) There is LIMITED freezer storage space in our concession area. To be

able to accommodate all parties, the storage of only one container of ice

cream or ice cream cups is permitted for each party.
